After finding out how interesting shadows can be, after photographing my sculpture piece in the church, I decided to look at artist who incorporate the possibility of interesting shadows in their work. In my search I came across American artist, Stephen Holl, who created this "Riddled Table". As you can see from the photos this anticipation of the shadows adds drama to the piece of furniture. I think using shadows in art is fascinating as it constantly according to the light.
